Yes I can see a nice new looking used tire fetching 100 bucks each and maybe even more to a collector that just needs to have it NOW.
These tires are not mint as they do have cracks but still have 8/32 tread left on them. Not tread left to still get another 40,000 miles but they will look nice on a show truck.
I don't think I'll be keeping these tires. My 79 Macho was delivered last weekend and after going over it I decided it's just too far gone to restore back to show room floor again. The only solid part left is the hood. I think I'll just patch it back up and drive it year round till I find a better restorable solid truck. If anyone is interested on the tires let me know.

I'm sure Sam will want them and if nobody else is interested I'll take them.

yeah, I would be interested in them. With the amount of wear on them, I would want to see how weathered they are before I would make an offer on them...but yeah, i am interested... ;)

I need to find another set of tires for the truck. For now the old ones serve a purpose and I don't want to leave it on jack stands. I'll have to move the Macho back/forth to get to stuff as I have a small garage. The truck fires up and drives, just sounds rough for not running since 1991.
last time I had a set of old tires removed, two tires didn't survive. They were on so long that when they broke the tire bead to remove them from the wheel the tire side walls tore apart. Give me time to get the tires removed from the yellow wheels first to make sure they are still usable before I put them up for sale.
