When I talked to him ten years ago, he was asking a BIG #
as I recall 100 grand !!

But he told me a cool story about waiting a long time to get the truck.

And one day getting a call from a guy saying that they had delays

but were getting the trucks done and it wouldn't be to much longer.

The guy was ROD HALL.

The trucks were being done by Shelby Enterprises in Socal but Shelby

had a heart attack. Not sure why Rod Hall was making the calls,

but that's what the owner said.

Real world fair price? 30 something? Market is getting better.

I was at Rod Halls shop in Sparks, Nevada in the year 1999, 2000, 2001-2 getting some service done on my 2XLC and talked to Rod Hall most every occasion I was there (waited around about 6-7 hrs for the service) . He was getting some calls for replacement parts for the Dodge trucks. I assumed he modified the Dodge Trucks there at his facilities. Never heard the story on Shelby getting the bid on modifying the trucks...........On my routine walk around the facilities each time I was there, I went to the back lot of the shop and saw a lot of springs and differentials. Those parts looked like Dodge Truck stuff.
