bought the colorado macho, should be on its way to NC now. this is my first macho, and visit to your cool site. so how hard is it going to be to find a rollbar for this thing. any help out there?

There alot harder to find than the Machos themselves.I find them with a truck that's rotting away but they won't sell the rollbar out of it. I hope you have better luck than I've had.Make sure you post some pics of your Macho when you get it.Welcome to the boards!

went to an out of town boneyard today looking for a rollbar, found what was left of a real 77-78 macho body was completely rusted good hood no rollbar complete running (i was told) 440 automatic drivetrain short wheelbase 1000.00. the guy took the body off and put a 68 charger body on it. it was raining so hard i could'nt really check it out. going back next weekend, will get some pics, and probably drag it home

got my rollbar found a 78 wagon with a macho bed on it, at another boneyard, the guy said he would take 40.00 for the rollbar or 500.00 for the whole truck. going to pic it up in the morning
