Been watching this truck for a while. Seems clean. Supposedly it was used for a Johnny lighting model and was in Mopar mag. $29,900. Price worth it? I think you can get a Li'l Red for less.

The records of how many Warlocks were built were in the Chrysler Library. A fire broke out in the late seventies and the records were lost. But one known fact are the builds of 1/2 ton 440 engine trucks built. It's correct that 70++ trucks were built in "all" 1/2 series. One way to document a truck with 440 is with the VIN number..... 440 engine trucks have a VIN letter "D" on the fifth digit............Now to the Johnny Lightning Truck advertised: Positive; looks like a nice restoration on the truck. Negative; What a crappy web site to advertise on. Pop ups and page shifts are horrible. If you really want to sell a vehicle like that it should be on a more known national site with no gimmicks. If your going to sell a rare 440 engine Dodge truck, at least have one photo of the engine compartment..............To me it looks like the owner is fishing to see who will bite.

I don't think gold wheels were used in 1978.
