1978 Dodge W150. Truck is located in Portland, Oregon. The truck has very little rust but would be great restoration project or use it as is. I want to see this truck go to an enthusiast who appreciate it like I do. I am asking $3500 or best offer. I will work with shipping companies to coordinate pickup. My phone number is 971-344-4922 or email me at beng three three zero three @gmail.com (use no spaces and use numbers as opposed to spelling them out)

1978 Dodge Power Wagon W150 Special Edition for sale

360 cubic engine (5.9L engine)
727 Automatic Torque flight transmission
4x4
truck is special in that it came from factory with bucket seats (same as little red express and warlock) and also has high level trim package. Only option this truck does not have is A/C. Very rare truck, would be easy restoration or use it as is

Located in Portland, Oregon. I have had this truck for 4 years and have been putting tons of money into it. I would love to keep it but I never use it so am selling it.

In the last 3 years I have replaced
-New wheels, lug nuts, Nice Wild Country Radial TXR tires (6 ply)
-New Hooker dual exhaust system and Hooker mufflers (sounds nice but not too loud), Headman headders
-Repainted a good used factory step bumper
-cleaned, painted and installed a tow hitch receiver
-replaced fuel cap, fuel line and rebuilt 2 barrel carburetor
-had car toys install new cd player with I-pod input port and speakers in doors
-replaced some weatherstrip around door openings
-replaced headlight highbeam/low beam switch
-replaced both sunvisors, dyed and installed new door panels, and replaced rearview mirror
-installed used 150mph speedometer with metal gauge cluster housing (these don’t melt like the plastic ones, installed new old stock oil pressure gauge, replaced both speedometer cables
-replaced radiator cap, voltage regulator, upper and lower radiator hoses
-replaced both speedometer cables, had custom build speedometer gear reducer built
-replaced brake booster and master cylinder, front brake rotors, hubs, calipers and front brake lines
-replaced engine thermostat and bypass hose, water pump, heater hoses
-installed remanufactured engine distributor, spark plugs, wires
-replaced engine mounts, alternator, hot water valve for heater
-rebuilt rear driveline with heavy duty spicer u-joints
-truck has newer fuel pump.
In the last 2 years
-replaced wiper linkage bushings and blower motor bypass hose
-replaced damaged core support, front fenders and grille (very nice shape)
-replaced front axle u joints
-serviced front and rear differential
-new gas tank filler bypass hose
-rebuilt and balanced front axle drive line with spicer yoke and parts
-new drag link

In last 6 months
-replaced engine battery
-replaced starter solenoid
-replaced oil pump (new mopar) and oil pan gasket
-replaced timing cover gasket, water pump gasket, crankshaft seal gasket
-replaced power steering pump and fluid
-replaced oil pressure sensor
-replaced transmission fluid, filter and pan gasket
-replaced transfer case bushings with urethane ones
-rebuilt transfer case with new bearings, installed new gaskets, painted
-replaced exhaust header gaskets
-installed new engine coolant, fuel filter

-Truck is very rust free compared to most of them but has a tiny bit of rust starting in floors and in cab corners. Floor pan patches are available for $125 for both. Cab mounts are perfect with is nearly unheard of in this body style
- all electrical functions (except for cruise control) work as designed which is hard to find in a truck this old, multi-function switch does not self cancel when making left hand turns, I will include a new used one with the truck. Wiper motor only works on low so it needs to be replaced.

I have over $10,000 into this truck and have receipts for everything. Asking $3,500 or best offer.

Here is a link to my photo bucket album of the truck
