I picked this truck up from the San Angelo, TX area 10 years ago and had grand plans of a Cummins swap, but too many irons in the fire forces sale. I have the original under hood decal and build sheet if a person wanted to go back to like stock.

Rest assured I did not just throw this truck together, care and correctness were used to make sure the correct components were used to make this truck appear as close to stock as possible, save for the chrome valve covers ;D

The truck is an original W200 D-code 440 automatic truck, that was swapped out for a 318/4spd/203 with 3.55 geared D44 and 9.25 rear axle.

The 318 has 80K on it and runs excellent fires right up hot or cold and gets decent mileage courtesy of a newer Rochester 2V carb. The clutch has a little over 5K on it and does not slip. The transmission has a new bearing retainer on front and the transfer case has a new rear output seal. All three have been drained and refilled with new lube as per the FSM.

The truck runs awesome and will scoot down he road effortlessly and pull down decent mileage (14mpg) if you stay out of the pedal.

It has some light surface rust on the floors, but I treated it and covered with POR-15 about 10 years ago. There is some bubbling in the driver side bed side, but the rockers, cowl, roof and doors are solid! The frame has surface rust like any other kansas/oklahoma/texas truck that is 30+ years old.

Here is list of some of the upgrades/features
Front axle has had new bearings, rotors, calipers and pads in the last year
Rear axle has had new shoes and drums
Every light works, even the cargo light!
New carpet will be installed this week
Updated all the harnesses to 1978-80 style
Dual fuel tanks for long hauls(in cab and frame mounted)
    Half tread+ 33x12.5x15 Dominator radial A/T's on 15x8 Cragar soft 8's
2 1/2" single exhaust with flowmaster 40 series
New energy suspension polyurethane body and cab mounts
Like new heavy duty chrome drop step rear bumper
    Gooseneck ball mount under bed
newer Monroe heavy duty gas magnum shocks fronts and Monroe air shocks in rear
Accell wires, new cap/rotor and plugs
All new filters (air, fuel, oil)
Newer Modine 3 core heavy duty radiator made in USA!
    Moroso aftermarket valve covers
New master cylinder and brake booster 2yrs. ago

I know there are some things I have forgotten, but If you have any questions, PM me here or email at moparman68 [at] g.m.a.i.l dot com
