I believe there were several scenes in the T4 film where the Dodge Ram made some cameos:
[Times taken below are from the Director's Cut of the film; these times may not align with the Theatrical Cut]
1) 38 minutes : 57 seconds -- During the scene after Marcus (Human Terminator who doesn't know he is a Terminator) and the young Kyle (John Connor's father from the future) and the little mute girl Star stop at the run down gas station looking for fuel and they are challenged by the people hiding there, the giant human-collector Terminator drops in and starts snatching people (trying to capture Kyle). While the first few hiders make their escape attempt, a Dodge Ram pick-up with a camper shell on back drives wildly past camera before being destroyed by the Terminators.
2) 41 minutes : 31 seconds -- During the long escape / chase sequence as Marcus, Kyle and Star ride in the ridiculously 'Mad-Maxed' tow truck, you can catch half second glimpses of Ram trucks abandoned on the side of the road as Marcus & crew flee the motorcycle Terminators.
This truck is actually a 'double' of a same model truck used in the opening sequence of Terminator 2: Judgement Day [2 minutes : 16 seconds] during a flash-forward scene showing the future John Connor's forces battling the Terminators. A crew of resistance fighters are manning a heavy gun mounted on the bed of the Ram trying to provide anti-aircraft cover fire for their ground forces, but the truck is destroyed.
