i picked this truck up last year from tennessee. it was originally red. it runs great and everything works. 360. i had a 04 hemi ram and once i realized that all the problems i was having with it weren t covered under its warranty....i ditched it and started hunting for an old dodge 4x4. it didn t take long to find this. i got a good deal on it and it has a really nice paint job on it. all its original metal it looks like. i pulled the center console out of it and built a middle seat for it so my son could ride along. i plan on putting some decals on it this week. hopefully i get them in time for the mopar nats. eventually i will restore it to original, but it looks really good for now. so i m gonna enjoy it. i don t think the engine bay has ever been repainted. it has a white #99 on the top of the core support. anybody have any idea what that means? forgive me if my pictures suck... i m new to this site and computer stupid.

do you have the VIN and MDH for it, they are on the door jamb area on the drivers side. I also have an 80 macho...work in progress..mine is a yellow one with the black buckets and console.

those are the 2 tags off the truck. one is in the door jamb and the other is under the hood half way under the grille.
GOT MY STRIPES ON TONIGHT. they look sweet. i didn t go full out macho, just cause the paint job is so nice and i didn t wanna cover it up with all the black. it already isn t the right color, so i figured i d make it the way i thought it would look good. it looks awesome. i will post pics as soon as i can. we ll be at the mopar nats if anyone wants to stop in and say hey. u wont miss it.

Did you go with the 79 80 style stripes? Are you sure I cant talk you into painting the black out treatment on it(lol). Tried to find a blue 79 80 macho powerwagon and the only thing I can find that's even close is a 2wd ramcharger I did up like one.

i had them made. only cost me 60 bucks. beats the hell out of the stripe kits for the price. they re not what was on it, originally, but i think they re just right for now. till the paint gets old and tired and i run out of projects. which probably won t be for a long time.
