Sam and I agree it looks like this rig had the macho stripes added sometime early in its life, possibly from a dealer etc. It had quite a few signs that would show that it not to be a factory macho, no holes for a rollbar, red interior (not avail on the macho) no upper cab trim, bench seat, no code for black on core tag etc. Still a cool looking rig!
