Hi guys- I am in the process of reworking my 360 in my 78 Adventurer SE and as thinking about going to a 4 barrel intake and carb vs. my 2 barrel set up. What all is needed to complete this set up ? I was thinking about using an Edelbrock RPM air gap manifold since it came with the truck. I am wondering what you guys are running and where you got it? |

I've always just run the Edelbrock performer dual plane setup, probably just like the basic cast iron one but lighter. You may want to do a cam swap to, to take advantage of the 4bbl, otherwise just using more gas! On the small blocks, usually running either the edelbrock performer 1405 carb 625cfm I think or the holley 600 cfm. I'd like to try the Thermoquad setup on something too. -Jim |
