Just thought I'd share a few pics of my '79 Ramcharger. I've had it for about 4 years now. I got it as a bare tub on the rolling chassis, and swapped in the complete drivetrain and axles from a '80 Trail Duster I had. It's rust free, originally from Oregon. Does need a quarter panel (trail damage from the previous owner),but I'll handle that eventually. Basically I've pieced it together using parts found in junkyards, evilbay, parts trucks, and swap meets. Before pic: ![]() And how it looks now... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() All the pics are here if interested: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2351836 |

Wow man, I always admire the guys that can work up a shell and get it pieced together. We did one about 11yrs ago now, and can still remember what/where everything goes! That is alot of work, and time consuming, if looking for certain parts, pieces etc. I'd still rather put a truck together from pieces, than a mopar car... Awesome work! -Jim |
